Why's Home Far?
Luke 15:11_32 **Why's Home Far?** It took me a while to get here, Hoping to find my father, But father isn't near. Brother looks at me with disdain, I hope at least to ask for a spot as a servant, Yet I doubt brother will hear me out, Nor grant my request. Where's father? Why's home far? Do I have the right to question? After all, I'm nothing but prodigal. Was I right to return? Was I expecting something else? To find home? Home feels far. ©Ebube
